Swadesh Hai Mera ("SHM", "we", "us") is a sports infrastructure consultancy based in Konnagar, Hooghly, West Bengal, India. This page explains what information we collect through swadeshhaimera.in and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect what you provide: your institution's name, district, principal or contact person's name, contact number, email address, number of participants, the sport(s) you're interested in, and any message you write. If you reach us through WhatsApp, email, or phone instead, we keep whatever you share with us there.
If your school engages us for an Athletic Potential Mapping audit, we may also collect student athletic performance data — this is collected only with the school's authorisation, used solely to build the school's development report, and is not shared or published without the school's approval.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule audits or consultations, and — only if you agree — to send you updates about our services. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How we store it
Enquiries submitted through our website form are delivered to us through a form-handling service (Formspree) and land in our email. We keep this information only as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep basic business records.
Who we share it with
We don't share your personal information with third parties, except the service providers who help us run our form and email (like Formspree), or where the law requires it.
